SmithFly visits El Pescador Ambergris Caye, Belize

We paid a visit to El Pescador lodge Belize for the first time last week, both to celebrate 15 years together and to stalk the flats with fly rods for Bonefish, Tarpon and Permit. I think you could say MISSION ACCOMPLISHED!

You'll notice in the movie that for the trip the rig I used was the Switch Pack loaded with a 1X for Bonefish, 2X for Permit and 3X for leaders tippets spools and accessories. The big Tarpon Fly box went in the big pocket of the Switch Pack. We will be offering this kit as the Grand Slam Pack here on this site shortly.

We booked our trip through Yellow Dog Fly Fishing and couldn't have been happy with the preperation and services from both teh lodge and the team at Yellow Dog. We highly recommend them both!
